1. General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the okvl platform ("Platform") and all related services, products, and activities. By accessing the okvl website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform. okvl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

This platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. okvl operates as a safe and reliable platform, following SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to create and use an account on okvl. Access to the platform's services is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. okvl may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and associated balances may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be cancelled.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your okvl account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the okvl support team immediately.

All activities carried out through your account — deposits, withdrawals, bets, and other transactions — are considered entirely your responsibility. okvl is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

okvl accepts deposits through the following mobile financial services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet), and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Amounts below this are not accepted. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Deposit Security

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. okvl aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

5.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, okvl may request additional identity verification. In such cases, the user will be required to provide a national identity card or other relevant documents. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until the required verification is completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. The withdrawal will be processed through the mobile financial service linked to the mobile number registered on the account.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

okvl offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. If ৳12,000 or more is deposited, the bonus amount will be capped at ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus can only be used once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first
• Promotional bonuses are valid for a limited time only; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry
• Multiple promotions cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved
• If bonus abuse is detected, okvl reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account

6.4 Other Promotions

okvl offers various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on okvl are considered final unless they need to be voided due to a technical or operational error. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet.

7.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided and the staked amount refunded in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a system technical error
• An event is cancelled or postponed
• Match fixing or abnormal betting patterns are detected
• In the judgment of okvl's management, the bet should not have been accepted

7.3 Maximum Bet Limits

okvl reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for various sports and markets. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okvl platform:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Harassing or engaging in harmful behavior toward other users
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Betting with third-party funds (using another person's mobile banking account)

If any of the above activities are detected, okvl may close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by okvl

okvl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns. In such cases, the user will be informed of the reason where possible, though this may not always be feasible.

9.2 Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance can be withdrawn after all pending bets are settled and any wagering requirements have been met.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
